With over three decades of entrepreneurial experience, Randy has founded and led multiple successful ventures across diverse industries, including real estate, insurance, construction, and financial services. He has held professional licenses in real estate, real estate appraisal, insurance, construction, and securities, reflecting a broad and well-rounded expertise.
Randy's background spans financial management, inspections, operations, and client relations. Known for his strong leadership and interpersonal skills, he brings both strategic insight and hands-on knowledge to every project he undertakes. He also founded and operated a nonprofit organization for 10 years, demonstrating his commitment to service and community impact.
A dedicated and hardworking professional, Randy combines integrity, experience, and a people-first approach to everything he does.
